if you must cancel your appointment within 24 hours please leave a voicemail, text, or email.

Cancellation Policy: 

If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service(s) booked.   3 Strike Rule: After having 3 cancelations within 24 hours, all subsequent cancelations within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the service(s) booked.

 

Late Policy:

If you arrive 15 minutes or more past your appointment time it is very likely that I may not be able to accommodate you, which will result in a charge of 50% of the service(s) booked.

 

No Show Policy:

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 100 % of the service(s) booked. 

Nail repairs:

Any damage to a nail(s) after 48 hours from your appointment and/or damage caused by neglect and/or normal wear and tear will not be eligible for free repair. Repair appointments are only available by contacting me and if my schedule allows it. 

Premium Scheduling Fee:

If you wish to book an appointment further out than 90 days you must contact me directly (by text or email providing your name, date, and time) to make the appointment request. The appointment must be within my listed business days. If the appointment is available, a $10 invoice will be sent. This is a non-refundable convenience fee that will not reduce the cost of your services booked. Once the fee is paid I will schedule the appointment in my system.
